I am really pleased to have been selected to stand for the Dartford East seat for the third time. This seat has now expanded to include the Castle Ward and if elected I am looking forward Meeting many of the residents and tackling the issues that cause difficulties for the residents including the improvements to the St Clements Way roundabout.
I have thoroughly enjoyed representing the constituents of Brent and Stone wards and supporting many of the community groups there including the Fleetdown Community Centre, Friends of Hesketh Park and cricket clubs, the Stone Triangle Community Association and Stone Parish Council and will continue to support them in improving the communities they serve.
I am married with two teenage children who have attended two excellent community schools and I am also a school governor of one secondary and two primary schools in Kent. I am passionate about ensuring all Kent children receive a first class education whichever school they attend.
Dartford is a great town to live in and I represent the best area with many fantastic facilities including Bluewater, Princes Park, Hesketh Park and the Judo Club to name but a few. However, the area is still growing and this can present its own problems, but whatever the future holds I will carry on to ensure that current and future residents in Dartford East will continue to enjoy and benefit from living in this great community.
