There’s financial compensation on offer to families who bought Kent County Council's Travel Saver Card or 16+ Travel Saver Card but couldn’t use it during lockdowns in January and February. Parents who bought a KCC Travel Saver Card will get £100, or £30 if they had a reduced cost pass. Those who bought a 16+Travel Saver will get £115. KCC aims to get all payments out by the end of April.
Monthly direct debits for Travel Saver cards were suspended during January and February saving customers between £90 and £120 for full cost passes and £27 to £36 for a reduced. Customers who paid for 16+ Travel Savers card by direct debit have saved between £100 and £133. https://bit.ly/3lSX1sS
